I met Jim as an instructor when I attended a course at the Grossmont College to advance my skills and expertise as a public works consultant / Engineer.
Subsequently in the process I learned that Jim possessed superior knowledge and skills in flying various unmanned aircraft systems and platforms for, data collection and processing which, could also be applied in surveying , mapping, improvement project planning and implementations among many.
More, I learned that Jim beyond his technical and management expertise is also a very ethical, honest and good human being. This certainly has been evident in his commitment to his students during Covid 19 as he has provided continued education where and when possible to insure their success in spite of academic school closures. Its always refreshing when a party to a contract holds up the highest standards in doing business in good faith, with the success of the client as his goal.
